Are you planning a C-Section? There is SO MUCH you can do to make it an incredible experience.
After completing a positive C-Section course with me, you will have a great bank of knowledge as to what to expect from your birthing day; a 'kit' of brilliant tools and techniques so you can remain calm and relaxed through the birth; and an understanding of how much you can do to make it personal and hugely special.
I'll arrange classes at a time and location to suit you.
The course consists of a 'catch up zoom' before we start the classes so I can make the teaching as bespoke to your needs as necessary, and then two 2.5 hour Zoom classes.
The cost of a private positive course is £225 (£50 deposit at booking). This includes all course material and ongoing support.

What are the ingredients?
The essential oil is just that - pure essential oils. Nothing else is added.
The candle is the same essential oil blend, just added to a high-quality, soy wax candle.
The spritz is made from essential oils blended with perfumers alcohol. The perfumers alcohol evaporates and is completely safe to use on the skin, though this spritz is intended for spraying on pillows, clothing, scarves etc.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Sadly not as the duty and tax is incredibly high on fragrance products.
