Expecting another baby? Congratulations! If you've done a hypnobirthing course before, this is for you. Whatever your birth experience, get back in control, feel confident and have the right birth for you. 

These are 'hybrid' course with a private session and two group sessions. I meet with each couple / person for a one hour private zoom to talk through your last birth and find out what your hopes are for your next birth. This helps me tailor the course around the needs of those completing it. We then meet as a group (max 6 couples) for two sessions of 2.5 hours.

The cost of a refresher is £169 (£50 deposit taken upon booking). This includes all materials, ongoing support... and homemade cake! You are welcome to pay in instalments if this helps.
