Eliza's Positive Birth

The video below is the birth of Eliza, born only a few weeks ago.

Her gorgeous mum Alicia (who I had the pleasure of teaching Hypnobirthing to) gifted us the footage of Eliza's birth and I have edited it to show you. This is such a generous act but she wants to help inspire others and show that birth can be absolutely WONDERFUL.

There is such value in watching other people give birth. Women are INCREDIBLE and I want you to have the confidence that you can birth like this too.
