The course is carefully designed to make learning Hypnobirthing simple and fun.

The Handbook is split into 4 sections and each section can be taken a page at a time.

It is designed to be self-taught over 4 weeks, with pauses and prompts built in BUT you can take it as fast or slow as you like depending on your time-frame.

Of course! The handbook arrives beautifully presented in a book box with a ribbon. You can leave a gift note in the checkout and choose to add the birthing fragrances if you wish.

It is never too early or too late to start preparing for your positive birth (I’ve taught someone at 42 weeks pregnant before!) but I would say the optimal time is around 20 weeks pregnant.

You then have time to embed and enjoy the techniques and fully use the 3 month journal included in The Hypnobirthing Handbook.

The Hypnobirthing Handbook will still help you if you are preparing for a c section as the skills are all transferable, however it is not specifically aimed at c section parents.

So much of the Handbook would still benefit those outside the UK but it has been written for those birthing within the NHS.
