Are you planning a c-section? There is SO MUCH you can do to make it an incredible experience.
After completing a positive c-section course with me, you will have a great bank of knowledge as to what to expect from your birthing day; a 'kit' of brilliant tools and techniques so you can remain calm and relaxed through the birth; and an understanding of how much you can do to make it personal and hugely special.
I'll arrange classes at a time and location to suit you. Choose to learn face to face or over zoom.
The course consists of a 'catch up zoom' before we start the classes so I can make the teaching as bespoke to your needs as necessary and then two 2.5 hour classes.
The cost of a private positive course is £225 (£50 deposit at booking). This includes all course material, ongoing support and obviously homemade cake at every class. (If I teach you over zoom, cake gets delivered before your classes!)
